3.2 By the Business

  • Organising and running the event or activity
  • Building participant lists
  • Entry control and verification
  • Operational notifications
  • Marketing and campaign activities, where you have given explicit consent

Enjoyvent and the Business do not send commercial electronic messages on each other's behalf.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, be transferred to:

  • The Business by Enjoyvent (for the purpose of running the event or activity)
  • Payment institutions and banks
  • Hosting, cloud, and technical infrastructure providers
  • SMS and email service providers
  • Public institutions and bodies legally authorised to receive such data

with the necessary security measures applied.

If you give explicit consent, your contact information may be used by the relevant data controller for marketing purposes.

5. Cross-Border Transfers

Where the technical infrastructure and service providers are located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, with appropriate security measures applied.
